What is the Emotion Code?
The Emotion Code was developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson. It is a method of energy healing that works with our subconscious using muscle testing. Our subconscious holds all the information and through muscle testing, we can find out if there are any trapped emotions in the body. Together we can explore your body to identify and release any trapped emotions that your body could be holding. Once we identify the trapped emotion, we can release them by running a magnet through the governing meridian.
What are trapped emotions?
At different times during our lives we go through emotional experiences, emotions get trapped when we are unable to process through these emotional experiences. These trapped emotions have a tendency of getting lodged in different areas in our bodies causing all sorts of challenges usually causing some sort of discomfort. Most of the time, we don’t even realize that we may be carrying trapped emotions that may be affecting our physical, mental, or emotional health.
Releasing trapped emotions will help your overall health, and it will prevent issues from developing in the future. It is a method of self-care and prevention so that you can live a more fulfilling life. Releasing tapped emotions has been known to help with different challenges that you may be dealing with in your life. The Emotion Code can help you with your overall well being as well as with physical aches and pains. It can help to live a stress-free life as well as to help us remain more centered, no matter what life may throw our way. By releasing trapped emotions, you are helping your body to be able to use its own natural capabilities for self-healing, we are not meant live in pain.
